GPS tracking for logistics and transport companies
Fleet GPS tracking for transporters, 3PL and logistics companies in India: live map for owned and attached trucks, client logins, trip and halt reports, detour alerts, diesel per trip, driver scoring and AIS-140 compliance.
A transport company sells two things: the truck reaching on time and proof that it did. Both depend on knowing where every vehicle is, including the attached trucks whose owners you call three times a day. Clients now ask for live tracking links and daily reports as part of the contract, and the transporter who has them wins the renewal.
SaralTrack is built for the way Indian transporters work: owned and attached vehicles in one account grouped by branch and owner, read-only logins for clients, trip and halt reports that settle the trip sheet, a fuel log that shows diesel per trip without a sensor, and the AIS-140 and document records the RTO asks for. Devices are fitted at your yards, and any tracker already on an attached truck can be moved to the platform with one SMS command.
The problems this solves
Where is the truck and when will it reach
Live map with every vehicle, its speed and last stop, and a tracking link or login for the client, so the enquiry calls stop.
Attached vehicles and their owners
Each attached owner becomes a branch. You see the whole fleet; the owner sees only their trucks; the driver cannot hide a halt.
Halts, detours and transit time
Stop and trip reports show every halt with the address and duration. A loaded truck leaving its corridor or stopping too long raises an alert.
Diesel per trip
Full-tank refill logging plus GPS distance gives km per litre per truck and per trip. The truck 15 percent below the fleet average is flagged automatically.
Drivers and safety
Overspeed, night driving and continuous-driving reports per driver, with locations. A monthly driver report turns challans and accidents into a training conversation.
Clients and compliance
Daily travel summary per vehicle for the client, Excel and PDF export, and AIS-140, fitness, insurance and permit dates with reminders before they lapse.

Questions about logistics and transport companies
Call us on [PHONE] or write to [EMAIL]. We answer the same day.
Can my clients track their consignments?
Yes. Give each client a read-only login that shows only the vehicles carrying their load, with live position and the trip report, under your company name.
Can I bring attached trucks that already have a GPS device?
Usually yes. Most devices are repointed to SaralTrack with one SMS command; we support 200+ device models. Trucks without a device get one fitted at your yard.
How do I split the fleet by branch or owner?
Companies and branches group vehicles by city, client or attached owner. Each branch gets its own logins and reports; the head office sees everything.
Do I need AIS-140 on goods vehicles?
Most states now require AIS-140 VLTD on national permit goods vehicles and many on all commercial vehicles. We supply empanelled devices and register them on the state portal.
